Directions

Dosage: Take 15 ml (one tbsp) daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. This product is intended for oral use only.

Squeeze onto a tbsp and take directly or mix it into your favorite water, juice, yogurt, or blended beverage.

Can be taken every day at morning or night.
