Pure Live Raw Shilajit Resin: Shilajit, also called mineral pitch, is the result of a long process of breaking down plant matter and minerals. It is a sticky, black, tar-like substance that comes from rocks in high mountain ranges.

Directions

Dosage: 0.5 – 1.0 grams per day. 1.0 – 2.0 grams for athletes. Dosage may be increased if preferred. Can be taken daily; in the morning or at night.
